Welcome to ”Älska Mat” - the new Gastronomic event in Malmö

”Älska Mat” is a completely new event for everyone interested in food – wether it’s cooking it or eating it. You will find a huge range of companies exhibiting the very best from the world of gastronomy.

At ”Älska Mat” both the environment and the programme of activities are designed to inspire our visitors in every way. Lots of diverse food and beverage tastings will take place and of course opportunities to buy quality products from the many exclusive producers. The inviting scent of newly baked bread will fill the area. Delicacies from the sea will tempt visitors and on stage professional chefs offer moments of culinary excitement.

Information for exhibitors

As an exhibitor at Älska Mat you will reach a target group interested in taking part of your products and offers. Älska Mat appeals quality-conscious consumers living in the Öresund region, with a great food interest. Visitors also appreciate news from the gastronomic world such as journeys and books.

Tastings
Älska Mat is a tempter of our senses, and maybe the most important of them all, the sense of taste. As exhibitor of Älska Mat we encourage you to offer small samples of your products.

If you are interested in offering a bigger tasting sample at your stand, you are welcome to sell them to a charge of 20 SEK at most. Everything else in addition to the products have to be wrapped and brought outside the exhibition.

Sales
Selling of products will take place in the exhibition area. Any selling of food and beverage to be eaten in the area, please observe the rules above.
